This right here is the trifecta of why you don't strip iron by just "throwing it in a bon fire". Red iron shows overheating and won't hardly take a seasoning, deplated surface iron from getting too hot, and cracked probably from getting too hot. This is a ERIE recast, would have been a suuuper nice peice but no amount of stripping and seasoning will get this one back to a quality pan
