It’s time to talk about one of the most requested parts of this year’s Diesel Truck Wars…

The Dyno Competition — brought to you by GPA Rentals LLC and Top Notch Glass & Mirror .

We also want to give a huge thank you to Sara Chapman and Matt for bringing the mobile dyno out to the event this year and making this possible. The demand has been there, and they’re helping deliver.

Now let’s get into it.

A dyno — short for dynamometer — measures horsepower and torque.

Simple concept:

Strap the truck down.
Load it on the rollers.
Let it eat.

At the end of the day, it comes down to one number.

Who makes the most power.

This is a winner take all class. One shot to put a number on the board and see where you land.

We have heard the mumbling, will there be a 2,000HP+ number this year??
