We’re Hiring: Window & Door Installation Apprentices

Window Depot USA of Cincinnati is looking to add 2 full-time Installation Apprentices to our growing team.

No previous window or door installation experience is required.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated people who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career. We would actually prefer to train the right person from the ground up and teach them our installation standards the right way.

You’ll work alongside experienced installers and learn residential window, entry door, and patio door installation from start to finish, including proper removal, setting, sealing, insulation, trim work, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and customer service.

This is not a temporary labor position. Our goal is to develop people into skilled installers with the opportunity to grow into higher-level installer and crew lead positions as their skills and responsibilities increase.

What we’re looking for:

Dependable and on time
Willing to learn and take direction
Comfortable working with your hands
Able to perform physical work
Comfortable using or learning hand and power tools
Professional and respectful in customers’ homes
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation
Looking for a long-term opportunity

Previous construction or remodeling experience is helpful, but not required.

We offer steady, year-round work, hands-on training, a guaranteed daily base, production-based piece-rate compensation, and the opportunity to increase your earning potential as you learn and become more productive.

We are based in Wilder, KY and serve Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
