Our own Michael Grage and Troy M. Malmstrom talk with Finance & Commerce about using Augmented Reality and the ways it can help break down communication barriers during the design process. Drawings and renderings and floor plans can only go so far in conveying what a space will feel like and how it will function. Being able to immerse users in a space can help speed informed decision-making because it increases understanding.

Cincinnati-based GBBN is a relative newcomer to the Twin Cities, but the architecture firm hopes to expand its footprint in the area with help from experienced leadership and tools such as augmented reality.

We recently partnered with the Pittsburgh office of Colliers to host “The Evolving Downtown” at our Pittsburgh office. The event focused on the market trends and shifting tenant preferences that are reshaping not only downtown Pittsburgh, but urban cores across the nation. GBBN's Sabreena Woods-Miller kicked things off and panelists included special guest Gary Chesson, co-founder of Trinity Partners and Trinity Capital Advisors, GBBN's Beth Latto and Collier's Patrick Sentner and Collier's Diron Duah GBBN's Chad Burke moderated the panel.
