As such, small imperfections may occur, but I do my absolute best to provide quality products. Custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order and the remainder at pickup/shipping/delivery. Custom made or customized products are NON-refundable, but please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase. In-stock or custom items purchased that are found defective MAY be exchanged (or repa

ired) for an in-stock item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Any damage caused by improper use is not a reason for return or exchange. Badge reels are designed to attach to a name tag or similar. They do not support excessive weight. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean. All tumblers MUST be hand washed. Do not allow to soak or sit in water. No dishwasher. No microwave. No excessive heat or cold. Do not drop. If you do happen to drop your tumbler, I may be able to repair it for $5-$10 depending on the damage. Keep pens out of mouth. Do not crush or drop.

HELLO! How is everyone doing?!?!?

I'm here and busy, busy, busy! We've had quite the exciting end of winter. Welcoming a new grandchild, our first grandson! Planning a wedding for one of our daughters! And now adding something new to what we offer!
