Today’s project-make an ottoman for my front porch. Materials-random wood thing I grabbed at an estate sale (I thought it had great character, but no idea what it was), ottoman from another estate sale (it was in a mixed lot of other items I won), and some fabric. I first sewed some pleats to make a little bit of a ruffle then attached the fabric to the wood with a staple gun. What do you think? Do you have random bits and bobs that could be put together to create something beautiful and functional?
