Another major renovation successfully completed in Bloomfield Hills!
For this project, we constructed a brand-new garage addition and transformed the home’s original garage into a beautiful, fully finished private studio.
The completed studio features:
• A modern full kitchen with white shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a large island
• Wide-plank flooring throughout
• A comfortable open living area with a fireplace
• A complete bathroom with a custom glass-enclosed shower
• Contemporary black fixtures and finishes
• New windows and exterior doors
• Heating and cooling for year-round comfort
• A seamless exterior design that complements the existing home
• A brand-new attached garage with fresh concrete and updated exterior finishes
What was once an ordinary garage is now a bright, functional, and beautifully finished living space—while the homeowner also gained a completely new garage.
At Amazing Floors & Renovations, we handle complete transformations from start to finish, including flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and full-home remodeling.
