Custom & Personalized Orders
• Full payment is required before any custom or personalized order is started.
• Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized and made-to-order items are final sale.
• Refunds, exchanges, or returns are not accepted on custom items once production has begun.
• Personalized items cannot be resold; therefore, no exceptions will be made regarding refunds or exchanges.
Ordering Policy
• All orders must be placed directly through the J’s Royal Creations website.
• Orders submitted through direct messages, comments, or third parties will not be accepted.
• Website checkout is the only approved payment method to ensure accurate order details, processing, and tracking.
Turnaround Times
• Turnaround times vary depending on the item ordered, customization details, and current order volume.
• Standard turnaround times range from 3 business days to 3 weeks.
• Shirts typically have a turnaround time of up to 1 week depending on order volume and design complexity.
Rush Orders
• Rush orders may be available depending on scheduling and material availability.
• Rush fees range from $20–$50 based on the item type and requested completion date.
Shipping Policies
• Shipping times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.
• Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
• Tracking information will be provided once the order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
• Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, all payments become non-refundable due to materials, preparation, and production scheduling.

• J’s Royal Creations is not responsible for incorrect information provided by third parties.
Design Changes & Remakes
• If requesting a remake of a previous item, please clearly specify whether you would like the exact design recreated or modified before production begins.
• Changes requested after production has started may result in additional fees.
• Completed custom items requiring redesigns, remakes, or major changes may incur a minimum $20 redesign/material fee.
