Last night was energizing! Erin Joy’s Furball Classic did NOT disappoint. Being surrounded by like-minded, ambitious, and genuinely interesting women business owners is the kind of energy that feels both refreshing and motivating. The atmosphere & dinner was also top notch!

F I V E Y E A R S!

Five years ago, during Easter weekend at the start of the pandemic, I received news that the interior design firm I loved working for was closing permanently. I had clients from that firm that I wanted to take care of, but didn't feel prepared to start my own business, especially with an almost 2-year-old and plans for another baby. The thought of becoming an entrepreneur at that stage of life was far from my mind.

However, today, five years later, I am incredibly grateful for the decision to establish Lara & Company Interiors. While starting a business has its challenges, I've cherished the successes and learned from the setbacks. I'm excited to see what the future holds for this journey.

Thank you to all my clients, mentors, vendors, family, and friends for their support these past 5 years! You all keep me going!

Last night I attended a “FUR Ball” dinner party with a bunch of female entrepreneurs! There were so many genuine, intelligent and talented women in one room. The conversations were great and motivating. ❤️It fed my soul. Thank you for organizing such a fun event, as always!
