Going back to our archives we found this inspiring attic renovation from 2018 where budgets were right and we had to fit in a new primary suite into a cramped, dark attic. We carved up the eaves and added skylights wherever we could to make this attic into a lofty sanctuary on a budget.

Everything Under the Sun. Nearing completion in the is a sculpture designed in collaboration with and the rest of Team Sun! As a part of Design Openings program in conjunction with the good folks from and were excited to share that construction is nearly complete and more details are to come in 2026 about more events and goings on with "Everything Under the Sun". Sometimes the most amazing places are hidden in plain sight. It was a pleasure to work with Matt & Emily ( / ) on the renovation of their gym in South City. They put in a ton of time & sweat into making this dream come true and I'm happy to share that Project Deliverance is thriving with a constant flow of people bringing their energy & excitement into this space, getting fit, staying healthy and working hard behind the scenes in this former auto body repair shop. Shout out also to as the builder on the project!

Unlocking the core of Victorian charm! ✨ At our recently completed Elm project, we opened up the traditional floor plan for effortless flow, connecting the formal front to the social heart of the home. Old house, new life.

Birch Lane siding update! This northern Illinois addition project nestles two new bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom right up to the side set back of this quaint old log home. Rather than building out back, blocking the view of the serene lake below, we carefully placed this addition to optimize both the functional needs of the clients as well as the aesthetic desires to maintain their unobstructed view and terraced rear yard. The new blackened vertical wood siding serves to contrast old & new to pay respect to the original log home and not try to mimic it.

Construction Update on a funky U City addition where a new guest room / office was added over an existing sunroom. We embraced the asymmetry of the massing of the house and even accentuated it with playful moments in the form of triangle windows, cantilevered balconies and tilt up windows. Stay tuned as this project comes together this fall.
