This home is a beautiful reflection of thoughtful design, where every detail, material and finish comes together to create something truly special. From rich wood grains and natural stone to warm metallic accents and luxurious textiles, each element has been carefully selected to bring the vision for this home to life.

Today, we’re sharing a little sneak peek at some of the materials behind the scene. Now, we want to hear your guesses…👀

Where do you think some of these fabrics and finishes will make their appearance? Drapery? Accent pillows? Or perhaps a statement moment we haven’t revealed yet?

Drop your guesses in the comments! ⬇️

And stay tuned! Behind the scenes footage from our upcoming photo shoot is coming soon, followed by the full reveal of this incredible home. We can’t wait to share more with you!

Florida living asks more of a home then just looking good.

The way we live is shaped by sun, shade, storms and the pull toward outdoor spaces. A well-designed Florida home responds to it all -creating bright indoors, comfortable transitions to the outdoors and spaces that feel natural to move through the day.

From covered patios and poolside gathering areas to thoughtful window placement and durable material choices, Florida architecture should feel easy, resilient and connected to its surroundings.

Because the best homes aren’t just built in Florida, They are built for it.

✨We love fancy lighting around here✨

Sure, Lighting has a job to do.. but who says it can’t show off a little while doing it?💡

From dramatic chandeliers to sculptural pendants and fixtures that make you stop and look up; we’ve collected quite a few favorites over the years.

Some are elegant. Some are unexpected. Some are just plain fabulous.

And frankly, we think they deserve their own spotlight 😉✨

Here are a few of our favorite fixtures from some of our favorite spaces

Which one lights you up?

Monday Mood :Surrounded by good design📚🎨📏

From books and inspiration to colors, textures, finishes, and materials- every project starts with exploring possibilities. There are so many details that go into creating a space that feels just right and sometimes the best part of the process is seeing all those ideas begin to come together.

At Klar & Klar we are surrounded by samples, inspiration and plenty of design decisions- we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Tell us: What are YOU working on this week?

Unique is kind of the point.

If there is anyone who has made an art form out of being completely, unapologetically herself, it’s Dolly Parton

Bold. Warm. A little unexpected. Never trying to look or sound like everyone else.

That is something we love about architecture too. Our favorite projects are the ones that could only belong to the people who live there- the unexpected material, a dramatic stair, a room that breaks a few rules, the detail you won’t see in the house next door.

We don’t want every client to want the same thing. We want to know what you love, how you love and what would make your space unmistakably yours.

So in honor of Dolly: bring us the big personalities, the bold choices and the “can we actually do that” idea.

Because blending in was never all that interesting anyway🦋

👋Meet Andrew! The newest member of the Klar and Klar team!

📚Andrew completed his master’s in architecture in May 2025 with a passion for creating resilient, people centered spaces.

🛠️Before joining us, he worked as a fabricator, building his skills in technical assemblies and discovering a love for wood working along the way. That hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective on design- understanding not just how something looks but how its put together.

🪵The building doesn’t stop when he leaves the office. These days at home, Andrew makes everything from cutting boards to floating shelves.

✨We have a feeling Andrew is going to fit right in at Klar and Klar and are so happy to have him here. We can’t wait to see what he brings to the team!

Warm wood, incredible stone, and curved details give this space distinct character.

And then there’s the shower- a full-on moment of its own. Wrapped in stone and texture from floor to ceiling.

Because if you’re going to dream, dream in onyx🖤🖤🖤

From the Archives🎭

A theater is never just building.

It’s the anticipation before the house lights go down. The first note from the stage. The applause at curtain call. Its where performers tell stories-and where audiences carry those stories home with them.

Klar and Klar was proud to take on the renovation of Ruth Eckerd Hall, a place that’s been part of so many of those moments in our community.

At Ruth Erckerd Hall, the experience begins before you even reach your seat. From sweeping curves and a dramatic entrance outside to the soaring spaces, light and energy within, the architecture creates a sense of occasion. It invites you to arrive, gather, take photos with your loved ones, look around and feel that something special is about to happen.

The magic of a night at the theatre is shaped by every moment- from the first impression of the building to the final bow on stage.

Years later, we love returning to the theatre with our children, family, community and friends, sharing in the same sense of wonder and watching new generations experience the joy of live performance.

From framing to the finish line

There is something so exciting about seeing a project at this stage-when the walls are taking shape, the spaces are starting to reveal themselves and you can finally begin to feel the design coming to life.

Every stud, beam, opening and detail is one step closer to the finished home.. and that view isn’t a bad backdrop either🌊

We love watching plans on paper become real spaces our clients will soon call home
