Elz Design was founded in 2014 by Ellie Folz. Ellie is an Indiana University graduate with an Interior Design degree. She has an amazing
eye for design that sets her homes apart by focusing on creativity, with a heavy emphasis on quality and unique design. She wanted to create a company to help homeowners and investors see beyond an outdated property and advise them on ways to significantly increase a home’s value. Elz Design is determined to help couples & families find, buy and transform extreme fixer-uppers into their ultimate dream home. She wanted to create a company that would help clients decide what their needs are and what is the best solution to fulfill those needs through creative, efficient, and functional design. She wanted investment properties and property flips done right and to give someone a beautiful updated home that they can grow into. Tired of the corporate grind, she decided to risk it all on her dream of building a business that helps homeowners fall in love with where they live.
