La velada rinde homenaje a distinguidos líderes de las fuerzas del orden, reconoce la dedicación de las Fuerzas Armadas de los Estados Unidos y destaca la importancia del liderazgo y la educación juvenil en la comunidad.

El premio creado para esta ocasión es una escultura de Cristal artesanal diseñada para simbolizar el liderazgo y la unidad. Su forma vertical y fluida representa la visión, la integridad y la trayectoria de servicio que los líderes comunitarios forjan para los demás.
