Thank you all for making our Chattanooga sale such a wonderful weekend! 🤍

It was so special to watch Ms. Virginia’s beautiful paintings, treasures, and belongings find new homes. Knowing that these pieces are going to people who will love and appreciate them, while also helping the family financially through this transition, is exactly why we love what we do.

Thank you to everyone who came, shopped, shared our posts, and supported this sale. We’re so grateful for each of you! 🫶🏻

GOOD MORNING! ☀️

TOMORROW is the day!! 🙌🏻 Our Brushstrokes & Beautiful Things estate sale officially begins, and we cannot wait to welcome you into this beautiful home!

This one is truly special. It’s filled with incredible treasures, beautiful artwork, unique finds, and little glimpses of a life lived in full color by Ms. Virginia. 🌸🩵🌼

Before you come treasure hunting, here are a few housekeeping notes to help everything run smoothly:

1. ENTERING THE HOME
We will be using the front door as our entrance. Please do not exit through the front door.

2. IT’S A TREASURE HUNT!
This home has two levels and lots of rooms, so take your time and explore! You’ll find treasures throughout the living room, formal dining room, kitchen, patio, large den, two-bay garage, basement and upstairs.

⚠️ Please be mindful of the stairs throughout the home. The exterior stairs off the patio are NOT safe and should not be used.
The garage is PACKED, and the basement is full of goodies too! You’ll find our holding & checkout area near the basement entrance.
Honestly… you may walk through a room and then five minutes later wonder, “Wait… have I been in here yet?” 😂
That’s part of the fun!

3. TOMORROW MORNING
I’ll be going LIVE and posting a video showing you the layout of the house so you can get a better idea of where everything is!

4. PAYMENT
We accept CASH & CARD.
There is a 3.5% fee added to card purchases, so please keep that in mind.

5. HOLDING ITEMS
Please only place an item in your hands or holding area if you intend to purchase it. If you’re still deciding, please leave it for another shopper to enjoy. We want to make sure everyone has a fair opportunity to shop!

6. PARKING
This is a quiet little neighborhood, and our neighbors have been absolutely wonderful. ❤️ Please be respectful of their space!
Do not block driveways or mailboxes, and please do not park in anyone’s grass.
