Dear friends, family, valued customers, and people that we may or may not even know. Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude and love. The power of prayer and positive thoughts have created a vibe in my healing that has become a magnetic atmosphere here at the Nelson rehabilitation hospital . As a lot of you know I was in a motorcycle accident and suffered many injuries! and I know a lot of you have asked for updates. So here’s an update, during my accident I suffered Tibia/fibula plateau fractures on my left leg ,ulna/radius fractures on right arm, broken ribs, broken tailbone, broken pelvis and traumatic brain injury that resulted in a brain bleed. The hardest and most tedious surgery was done on my face it was a 13 hour surgery to piece my face back together.. ending in my jaw being wired shut. initially the surgeons were sure that the 13 hour surgery would hold my jaw and all the plates together. Unfortunately after two more surgeries and finally a fourth taking the hardware back out.. everyone on all teams decided the best option would be to build a custom splint because the bones and teeth are so weakened by the fractures that the hardware was pulling the teeth out. So we are hopeful that it will work and are even more sure with the prayers that we are receiving that it will. I would also like to mention my wife, Traci and just how much I love her and I’m grateful for her by my side throughout all this. I cannot imagine getting through this situation without her. Not once has she complained, or even tried to avoid helping me, and I cannot express my love and gratitude to her!!!! We are beyond humbled by the enormous amount of support that we’ve received and hope to someday somehow on the other end and give back what we have received! So once again, thank you so much to all of you for your blessings, prayers and love!!!
