Removal of red oak treads and metal rails....installation of new white oak craftsman style treads modern white oak newels with and custom craftsman nosing.
New black metal balusters with no caps...repaired risers painted white...and a little design on the landing....

Another great job in grosse pointe farms.... refinishing 100 yr old floors....
Old metal handrail was replaced with red oak new modern newels, rails and metal balusters .
All stained bona sand dune/natural 50/50
