Our story brings together two very different culinary worlds, united by a shared devotion to quality and service.
• Len is our master of the flame. With years of experience perfecting the art of slow-smoked meats at the renowned Graham BBQ Smokehouse, he brings the rich, comforting traditions of authentic BBQ to every plate.
• Chef Ming brings the vibrant soul of the East. Growing up immersed in the diverse flavors of Thai and Chinese heritage, she specializes in an "Asian Twist"—elevating traditional recipes with creative, modern touches that surprise and delight the palate.

We believe that when you cook with love, people can taste it. As Christians, we view our food truck as a place of hospitality where everyone is welcome. Whether it is the deep, smoky bark of Len’s BBQ or the bright, aromatic spices of Chef Ming’s Asian fusion, every dish is prepared with a servant’s heart and a commitment to excellence.
