Keeping You Sewing Keeping You Sewing is a full-service shop, offering supplies, classes, machine repair, and a support Owner, Kim Rentz, is no stranger to the sewing industry!

Keeping You Sewing is a full service sewing center featuring patterns, notions, cutting tools, embroidery supplies, and more, to meet the creative sewing needs of the Clinton, Iowa, community. As a lifetime sewist, she has 20 years of industry experience and a passion for Husqvarna Viking sewing machines, which her friendly, knowledgeable staff is qualified to sell and repair here at the shop (Kim

knows these machines inside and out, whether she’s repairing them…or stitching up a storm). Kim really enjoys teaching others how to get the most from their sewing experience. That’s why she provides a friendly store atmosphere where customers enjoy ongoing support, creative inspiration, and fun, educational classes, no matter their skill level. At the store, you will also see her crafty husband and co-owner Bob, who retired last year from the nuclear power plant in Cordova, IL-- but has found himself quite busy ever since helping Kim with this endeaver (be sure to compliment him on all of his construction skills... the building has undergone quite a dramatic transformation thanks to his handiwork). No matter who greets you, or what sewing specialist is helping you during your visit, you are sure to become a regular and feel like part of the sewing family Kim has grown during her impressive career.
