Hey y’all! Due to some unfortunate circumstances I won’t be open for the remainder of the weekend. Hoping to get things sorted out so I can reopen again for next week. Stay tuned for updates!

With this being said, I also will not be doing the Community Yard Sale and Vendor Event at Layton Park tomorrow. Sorry to get your hopes up. :(

Come on in and get yourself a sweet treat with this Brown Butter Upside-down Cake!

I originally made this cake as a part of my 21 Days of Christmas Treats series using pears in it and it was a big hit with the family! This past Mother’s Day I tried it again but used bananas and that was fantastic! So… this weekend I’m offering both options! Stop in and try your favorite (or try both)!

Plenty of new things to try out this week!

Cupcakes:
Chocolate Maple Bacon - The original cupcake on my expansive menu. A chocolate cupcake with a maple frosting and candied bacon topping 🥓

Toasted White Chocolate - My favorite cupcake I offer! An almond and vanilla cupcake topped with a white chocolate meringue buttercream, filled with a caramelized white chocolate ganache, and topped with a white chocolate Lindt truffle. 🫪

Cookies:
Oatmeal Raisin - A bakery classic. A delicious oatmeal based cookie with tons of molasses flavors and mixed with sweet raisins. 🥣

Peanut Butter M&M’s - A soft & chewy peanut butter cookie filled with mini M&M’s. 🥜

Red Velvet - A beautiful red chocolate cookie filled with both white chocolate and milk chocolate chips. 😋

Cookie Butter Chocolate Chip - A twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie. A cookie dough that takes just like a jar of Biscoff and filled with chocolate chips. 🍪

Other:
Brown Butter Upside-down Cake - A slice of a new favorite cake of mine. Not too overly sweet, but the perfect blend of flavors. A vanilla cake batter with a toasty, caramel-like tone to it, with layers of cinnamon sugar and various fruits (read note below). 🙃

Note: The “Brown Butter Upside-down Cake” will have either bananas or pears in it depending on the day you order it. For Thursday & Friday it will have bananas and for Saturday & Sunday it will have pears in it. I recently made this for Mother’s Day and it was fantastic so I figured I’d start selling it as a menu item!

Schedule for this weekend: May 14th-17th

This weekend, if all goes well, I will be setting up as a vendor at West Caln Township’s Yard, Craft, and Vendor sale! Event runs from 8 am to 2 pm at Layton Park! Stop on by for a mix of various baked goods! (Still planning out the menu)

I will be open at the bakeshop this week at regular hours, besides Saturday’s event. Sunday I will likely only sell whatever’s leftover from the event with a few other things sprinkled in.

Stop in this weekend for a new mix of a menu, that I will be posting later tonight!

Happy Mother’s Day! Here’s an idea of what cookie totals I have leftover from a busy weekend! If you’d like to place your order now so I can set some aside for you, let me know and I’ll do so. Pickups only.

No more Key Lime cheesecake, Brown butter salted caramel cookies, or cupcakes leftover but I have added some Royal Toffee cookies to the listing.

I’m open from Noon to 4 today or until I’m sold out!

In case you missed it, I will be setting up at this Mother’s Day Weekend/ Spring Festival event at Downingtown Vintage! Check out this graphic for details or visit their social media pages to find out more.

Also, Donna will have the bakeshop open with a few of her products and a handful of mine there to sell. She will only be there from 7:30 am to Noon though so stop in early!
