Swapping out the kiln after a very successful second run!

Another bunch of walnut, maple and oak slabs ready for projects. We’re very happy with how gently all hardwoods were dried. Low steady temperatures minimize cracking and cupping.

As our schools continue to remove woodworking and shop programs- we need to encourage today’s youth to learn traditional skilled trades. Let’s get some kids interested in woodworking! Cutting boards are a natural for beginners.
