Healthy French Onion Dip (but make it high protein 🤌)

Creamy, savory, and made with Greek yogurt instead of the usual heavy stuff — you won’t even miss it.

Ingredients:
• Greek yogurt
• Caramelized onions (or dried onion)
• Garlic
• Worcestershire sauce
• Salt + pepper
• Optional: chives or parsley on top

Greek yogurt keeps it lighter and higher in protein while still giving you that classic creamy dip vibe

This burrata appetizer is the kind of thing you throw together and it looks like you tried way harder than you did 🤌

Roasted peppers + jammy tomatoes + garlic + a little balsamic + honey… all spooned over creamy burrata. It’s sweet, tangy, and ridiculously good. 

Ingredients
• Olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
• 2 cups cherry tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• Oregano
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tsp honey
• Salt
• 1 ball burrata
• Bread or crackers

Quick instructions
Add everything (except burrata + bread) to a baking dish → roast at 400°F for 20–30 min until tomatoes burst and peppers are soft 
Stir, then place burrata in the center
Cut it open and let it melt into everything
Serve with toasted bread

Simple, fresh, and always a crowd pleaser
