Three years ago this week, we got the keys to Base Camp. Here is our year-three Wrapped.

Thank you to every neighbor who came in, joined the Explorer Club, pulled up a chair at a dinner or let us pick out a gift. You are the reason we get to do this.

A few of our favorite numbers: 30+ w**e dinners and tastings, 3,000+ w**es tasted and 8 big boxes of food filled for Second Harvest () last year. We are doing it again. Bring a can by October 31 and stop in for the DarkRock tasting on Oct 29.

A big thank you to Molly and Len, who make Base Camp feel like home every single day.

And a little love for LuLu, our very first regular and a staple at Base Camp. We miss you every day, sweet girl. Say hello to Winston, our newest regular, who is still learning the ropes.

Throw season is open, and we have opinions.

These wool throws are woven in Austria by David Fussenegger, a family company that has been making blankets for generations. Soft enough for the couch, good-looking enough to leave out when people come over. Pair one with a bottle and you've got a gift that gets used every weekend until April.

Chef CJ tasted every Dossier w**e before he wrote a single dish, and this is what came back.

Golden beets with the Viognier. Pork belly with the Sauvignon Blanc. Duck confit with the Red Blend. A pepper steak with the Syrah. And French toast to finish, with the Cabernet.

Five courses, built around the w**es. Tonight's the night.

The Dossier lineup for October 10, and it is a good one.

A tropical, textured Sauvignon Blanc and a Viognier made in the style of Condrieu, both 94 points from W**e Enthusiast. A soft, generous Red Blend (you may recognize it from your Adventure Club box). A savory, peppery Syrah that Jeb Dunnuck gave 98 points. And a flagship Cabernet built on small berries and thick skins.

Then, if you ask nicely, a bonus pour of the flagship Index.
