Recently our incredibly talented interior designers had the opportunity to met with Chad O'Hara from B-95 and discuss their jobs, and what makes them standout from our competition. As you can see, a great time was had by all. Make sure to tune in to hear their interviews and discuss what it takes to take a blank sheet of paper and turn it into your dream workplace .5

COHOES, NY – Tech Valley Office Interiors (TVOI) has named Jackie O’Malley as its Director of Interior Design. O’Malley, who is in her ninth year with the company, previously served as Senior Interior Designer.

Since joining TVOI shortly after earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Cazenovia College in 2017, O’Malley has played a key role in designing functional, engaging, and client-focused spaces across a wide range of industries, including corporate offices, healthcare, education, and public sector environments. In her new role, O’Malley will lead TVOI’s interior design team, overseeing projects from concept through completion. Her responsibilities include space planning, furniture specification development, finish selection, and project coordination to help clients create spaces that support productivity, collaboration, and overall workplace experience.

Prior to joining TVOI, O’Malley interned within the facilities department at the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities. She currently serves as the communications co-chair on the Albany City Center Chapter of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) board.

Outside of work, O’Malley enjoys reading, taking on home improvement projects, and spending time with her friends, family, and of course her dog Samson.

***Donation Time***
Carolyn and I were beyond honored to present a check last week to the incredible people who for years have served and honor our country with their service in the armed forces. The American Legion Ruane post #476 has been a long-time fixture of the Cohoes Community and were thrilled to provide them with a small token of our appreciation to their service.
As we have in the past, on the now few nights there is not a charity for the lot, and Carolyn and I work the lot, we choose a local Cohoes based Charity as our benefactor. As we move forward this year, especially going into the "Rock the Block' portion of the schedule we will be collecting for one of our absolute favorite charities, Cohoes-Waterford Elks Lodge #1317.
With the Spring season off and running there are still some open dates available, so if your group is interested, please reach out either thru our page, Tech Valley Office Interiors, or call our office directly at 518-326-0187
