"Antiques & Art, All Welcome!" That's our slogan here at Nathan Liverant and Son. It's a beautiful late August morning and I wanted to share our Shop with you, the historic 1829 Baptist Meeting House. Located at 168 South Main Street in Colchester, Connecticut, it's been home to our business since 1949. We are getting ready to start our Fall Forums in September. We are excited to celebrate America 250 and offer a close look at the furniture and decorative arts of 1776. Besides the Declaration of Independence, there was a revolution of thought, art and design. We are excited to share a select group of antiques to help illustrate this powerful moment in history.
