I’m excited to sponsor this year’s Fabric Challenge for the Moose Festival’s Quilt/Fiber Show!
Each participant will receive one identical piece of fabric. You may create anything you wish with it — the only rule is that you cannot use a second piece of the challenge fabric.

Starting May 9th you can ride a dinner train through the Arkansas Ozarks on the Eureka Springs & North Arkansas Railway in Eureka Springs, one of the most memorable ways to spend an evening in this part of the state. Guests step aboard a vintage dining car where tables are set with white tablecloths and a full dinner is served while the train rolls through wooded hills and quiet countryside. The ride lasts about two hours and travels several miles through the Ozark landscape while you sit back and enjoy the meal. Dinner choices often include prime rib, baked chicken, trout, or pasta dishes, all served with soup, salad, fresh baked rolls, rice pilaf, and mixed vegetables. The highlight for many guests is Flaming Baked Alaska, brought right to the table for dessert. This dinner train runs every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday through October of 2026, and reservations are required since seats often sell out. The price includes both the train ride and the full meal.
