Ni****ne residue. Cleaned this carpet twice and almost removed it all but the living room still looked bad.
Realtor just wanted us to try. Walls, ceilings, air ducts, everything was sticky.
Don’t get these often anymore since most people don’t smoke indoors.

In addition to these services we also perform water extractions if your home is flooded, especially partially. You don’t always need to go through insurance & turn your house upside down because one room is wet.
During the coming freeze, YOU WILL NOT DEVELOP MOLD WITHIN A FEW HOURS of being wet. It takes several days of hot, humid, dark, no air movement for mold to grow.

Don’t forget your grout. Look in the pantry & compare it to your kitchen.

First two patches we did on berber carpet, not easy. Then we cleaned the rooms to make it blend.
Last three pics are where a dog dug a wide hole in his owners bedroom.
After the repair & cleaning, it was almost invisible.

If anyone still has wet flooring, possibly wet sheetrock walls or ceilings, let us know ASAP.
We have the ability to remove water, sheetrock, insulation, etc…. and get your structure dry.
We will also put everything back together better than before the incident.
