Our Story

Brackin blades forge started between 2013-2014. It began as an idea, I was scrolling through YouTube videos and I saw a guy making a knife and I thought to my self I could do that. I then old my wife I was going to make knives for Christmas for all the guys in our family of course she was supportive and pushed me along.

I then went to the local hardware store and purchased everything I need to make my knives. I bought an angle grinder, a clamp, and a charcoal grill. I draw my patterns on some weld steel and started cutting. After about 5 hrs of work and not knowing what I was doing I had a knife! Not the best, but hey for my first one I was in love. After that batch of knives I decided to start hammering out knives and then grinding to a final shape, Boy what a wild road I was about to go down. Fast forward to today, I have made knives and also a lot of custom orders. My knives are handcrafted from start to finish and 100% made in the USA. I Focus on quality, ensuring each knife has been tested and can with stand the abuse I would place on a knife.

Like I said It begin with an Idea, the idea that making knives would help me ease the cost of Christmas. That idea has grown into a passion and a dream. The passion is building quality, handmade, and tough knives at a price you can’t beat. The dream is to grow, I want to build knives that everyone around the world want to use and have in their collection while being able to provide for my family and building a path for my children to follow in.
