🌸 Flower farming isn’t all flowers and butterflies! 🦋

This morning’s harvest came to an unexpected halt when I tripped over the garden fence and went face-first into the ground! 🤦‍♀️ A scraped-up leg, knee, forearm, and maybe a little bruised pride later… I was reminded that growing something beautiful isn’t always pretty!

Behind every beautiful bouquet are early mornings, sweat, dirt, sore muscles, weeds, setbacks, and apparently a few battle scars! 😂

But here’s the thing about growing flowers (and life)… You can’t let a little dirt or a hard fall keep you from blooming! 🌻

Some days you harvest flowers, and some days the garden humbles you. Either way, you get back up, dust yourself off, and keep growing. 🌱💪

The beauty is worth the hard work, and the bumps along the way are just part of the story. ❤️

A little about me…
I’m a full time labor and delivery nurse who dreams of becoming a flower farmer.

2026 was my first year to grow fresh cut flowers. (Zinnias, cosmos, dahlias, sunflowers, filler flowers).

I enjoyed blessing friends and family with my little hobby. This next year, I hope to grow for profit. I intend to have a farm stand at the end of my driveway and one day… hope to sell at the local farmer’s market.

Be sure to follow and shop local.
