Throwback Thursday

May is National Scrapbooking Month. Did you know that scrapbooking dates back to around the 15th and 16th centuries? While modern scrapbooking, or memory-keeping, has certainly evolved, the hobby remains a sociable and creative activity.
Fun Fact:
Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom (1819–1901) made scrapbooking and journaling her favorite hobbies. Her highly valuable collection, now housed in the Royal Archives at Windsor Castle, includes photos, press clippings, recipes, greeting cards, fabric and paper memorabilia, tickets, playbills, and more.
