Today marks the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. For those of you who do not know, TKD is not my full-time job. I work full time in Oncology Research, so this month is very near and dear to my heart. Our newest bandana, 'Hooked on Hope' is out now.

This bandana will come with either a black or white main color and a light pink or hot pink ribbon & matching border (if you select a border). 50% of the proceeds of these bandanas are going to be donated to the Susan G. Komen breast cancer foundation to help support finding a cure.

Did you know that 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime? Early detection is key when it comes to breast cancer. It is recommended to do a monthly breast self-exam to become more familiar with the way your breast normally looks and feels. This will help you identify if there are any changes.

Breast cancer early signs & symptoms:
• swelling of all or part of the breast
• skin irritation or dimpling
• breast pain
• ni**le pain or the ni**le turning inward
• redness, scaliness, or thickening of the ni**le or breast skin
• a ni**le discharge other than breast milk
• a lump in the underarm area or breast itself

Screening mammograms start at age 40, so stay proactive about your health with regular screenings.

We heard yesterday was the first day of fall 🍂 so excited for the best season of the year.

It's Sunday. And you know what that means! 🏈 Who will you be rooting for today? Our fellow model, Rip, is a big Chiefs fan! ❤️💛 and so is lambie apparently.

We've had so much fun making these game day bandanas and seeing everyone's favorite team colors. Even if nobody bought a Broncos one 🥲 (yeah yeah, I know they aren't very good lately)
