Another crazy and chaotic fun time last night - almost a full house, There was romance in the air ( undetected by most), a red velvet birthday cake for Jean ( it was super DELICIOUS - thank you Susan), ice cream to go with it ( LOTS of ice cream. Thank you Kim

What a fun time last night - - - almost like old times. Lots of laughter, lots of stories, some painting, new shirts all around, Lona is back after a crazy blueberry season, we missed Sam and Carrie but life happens. The ice cream machine has been put to bed for the winter, no snacks, but it was very nice to spend some time together. Look what got finished and check out out shirts - we look damned good !

It's been a while in the making but i need to show you some of the big Spruce Lodge Fairy houses we got finished over the past few weeks. I said we would have voting on them but since some clever ladies added embellishments ( that do make then even more beautiful), voting seemed unfair. And there would have been no prize - who wants to compete with no prize ? So a nice comment on some of your favorites is all they are going to get ! They all did a great job - it is a LOT of work and many hours were committed to them

Finally getting around to posting what was finished on Tuesday. Nothing to show for tonight because i had to cancel because of low attendance. We all have busy lives and i hope to get back to having classes soon when we all get caught up. Life happens

Another 1/2 class last night - - - seems it is a busy time of year or maybe people are losing interest in us or maybe we are too much for some people and not enough for others. Maybe we are just burned out. It could go either way. So after much thought about having such small classes the last few weeks, i have decided maybe we just need a break and a reset. So there will be no class tomorrow night and maybe not for a while. I need to ponder it a bit and see how it goes. I will keep you posted. We did get a couple of photos last night but only 1 thing got finished. The moon was beautiful and i think our girl got some pictures of that too. I will post them later

Look at this - barely morning and i am getting the post up -whoo - hoo for me !!! We had a 1/2 size crowd - people have better things to do than spend time with us sometimes. But those of us in attendance had a great time - - lots of crabbing on my part but my girls are great listeners and there were other crabbers as well - we spread it around. We painted some lovely things, we laughed, we ate our last ice cream of the summer ( raspberry - and it was DELICIOUS!!!!), we offered sympathy and advice, and we had another pleasant evening together. Someone asked for a date night class and we need to make that happen soon. Susan brought me a supper overload, my clean-up girls did a super job, everyone left with a smile on their face and this is what got finished . . .

Here it is Thursday and i am just getting around to showing off Tuesday's stuff. Between my nurse - maiding, doctor's appointments and unexpected company i have gotten way behind. We did have a fun evening - - last of the Tuesday ice cream bar ( everyone is dieting), lots of laughs, some deep tears, sad hugs and comfort, some gossip, a little advice, missing our Kristen, welcoming Lis ( who did NOT get blackballed), checking out more of the porch goose obsession, whining because our summer flew by too fast, updates on our Susan's hubby ( he is on the mend and we are happy to hear that. She brought me a delicious supper from the Mexican take-out with flaming hot green sauce !!! Man-o-man that stuff is HOT ! ) , talk of trolling the Irving for younger men, more laughter and painting. As usual we left feeling better. Here is what got finished . . . . there should also ne a video reveal of Susan's gorgeous cannister set but i could not make that work. perhaps she can - it is beautiful !!!!!

Full house last night - loud laughter and fun and paint flying everywhere. But - - we missed our Susan so much. Her hubby had a vehicle accident late yesterday afternoon and is in the hospital so please send him positive vibes - he is a wonderful man and will be laid up for a while. And . . bless his heart . . when he was in the ambulance he was worried about her missing class. Now that is a great husband ! We should all be so lucky
