The Heirloom Project is a high-end custom new build we’ve had the privilege of designing from the ground up over the past three years, and we’re now just four weeks from install.

At this stage, so much of what has lived in drawings, samples, and conversations is finally taking shape in the house. We’re watching the last details come together while our team gets ready for install.

It’s been incredible to see this home take shape alongside , and we’re excited to share more as we get closer to install.

Lately ✨ As the year winds down, we’re the best kind of busy—in the midst of implementing projects, putting final touches on others, and dreaming up new visions for the ones just starting. There’s something I love about each phase, and sometimes I still can’t believe we get to do this day in and day out. Someone pinch me. ;)

This kitchen was designed with hosting at its heart. White oak cabinetry and a long custom range wall set the tone, while the expansive island offers seating for six, keeping guests close as meals come together. Sliding doors reveal a connected scullery, making prep and cleanup seamless so the focus stays on gathering. It is a space that balances beauty and function, created for clients who love to welcome others in. ✨

Our Woodland Living Project entryway makes a quiet but powerful first impression. Continuous tongue-and-groove details carry seamlessly from the entry, inward, creating a sense of continuity that grounds the home in warmth. Natural textures and thoughtful styling invite you to pause and take in the layered details.

Anchoring the view is a striking steel fireplace, its bold presence adding contrast and depth to the moody palette. This entry was designed to welcome, connect, and set the tone for the cozy drama woven throughout the rest of the home.

We shot this bathroom in April, right when everything got so green and it had been raining all morning.

Whenever we see this bathroom, we always think of that day. That is the power of spaces and time. Your home has the power to be a backdrop to your life and evoke the same.

Welcome to the Woodland Living Project.

For nearly a year and a half, we walked alongside these clients—starting with dreams and sketches, and ending with a home that feels wholly theirs. They wanted something unique, a departure from the light-and-bright requests we so often hear, and together we brought that vision to life.

Nestled at the edge of the woods, the natural world flows effortlessly into the heart of the home. Continuous tongue-and-groove details lead you inward, where deep tones and layered textures create a cocoon of comfort that is inviting, intimate, and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Every element was designed with intention, but the true success lies in how it feels: deeply personal, quietly luxurious, and unmistakably theirs. After 18 months of dreaming, planning, and building together, this home is more than just beautiful—it’s a reflection of the people who live here, and the story they wanted to tell.

This entryway went from dated to classic, with a black-and-white checkerboard floor that feels both of-the-moment and forever in style. A center foyer table adds warmth and balance, inviting guests in from the very first step.

Our clients had just bought this Hill Country home, but it didn’t feel like them yet. So we stepped in to furnish it top to bottom, furnishing every corner with intention, warmth, and pieces that reflect who they are.

If you’ve just moved—or are living in a space that doesn’t quite feel like you—we can help transform it through full furnishings that bring personality and beauty into every room.

We’d love to help you create a space that feels like you—just head to the link in our bio to get started. 🤎

Color brings life to a space—and this kitchen is a perfect example.

The deep green tile we chose became more than a backdrop, it set the tone for the entire room: fresh, grounded, and full of personality.

We love when clients trust us to lean into bold choices that feel both intentional and lasting.

We still can’t get over this bathroom transformation. The clean lines, the natural light, the sculptural tub—every element was intentional.

We designed the pattern to feel both classic and custom, and seeing it come to life tile by tile was such a rewarding part of the process. It grounds the room in something really special.
