🐾 September Rescue of the Month 🩷

We have some exciting news! 🥰

After an amazing August supporting Unchained Melodies Dog Rescue, we’ve decided to keep the love going and make them our Rescue of the Month for September as well! 🩷🐾

We weren’t quite ready to say goodbye just yet! We want to continue supporting the incredible work Unchained Melodies does to rescue, care for, and help dogs find their forever homes.

Throughout September, a portion of every Claus Design order will continue to go toward supporting Unchained Melodies. At the end of the month, we’ll also be making a donation and donating items from their wish list to help the pups in their care. 🐶❤️

We’re so excited to have another month to give back and hopefully make a little difference for the dogs still waiting for their forever families.

💕 Meet the Girl Behind Claus Design! 🐾

Hi everyone! 👋🏻 I’m Alexis, the girl behind Claus Design! 🩷 I realized I’ve shared so much about my products, my business, and all the adorable pups who model my bandannas, but I haven’t really introduced the person behind it all. So, let’s change that! 🥰

For almost 5 years now, I’ve worked in the pet care industry, including doggy daycares, dog walking, and pet sitting. 🐶🐾 Caring for dogs has always been such a huge part of my life, and over the years I’ve earned multiple certifications related to pet care, including being Pet CPR certified.

Working with dogs every day has taught me so much about them—their personalities, their quirks, their different needs, and most importantly, just how much they mean to their people. ❤️

And then there are my two boys, Cornelius & Ryder. 🐾💕 They’re not only my spoiled pups and favorite models, but they’ve also played a huge role in inspiring Claus Design and the C&R Collection.

Claus Design started from my love of creating things and my love for dogs, and it has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. 🧵🎀 I love getting to design and hand-sew bandannas, create custom pieces, come up with new collections, and make something special for your pups.

And because dogs have been such a huge part of my life, I also wanted Claus Design to be about more than just making cute things. 🥹🐾 I want to use my little business to help dogs who are still waiting for their forever homes, which is why giving back to local rescues and shelters has become such an important part of what I do.

Between working in pet care, taking care of my own pups, running Claus Design, and constantly dreaming up new designs, life can definitely get a little busy—but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🩷

I’m so incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported Claus Design, whether you’ve purchased something, shared a post, recommended me to someone, or simply followed along. Every bit of support means more than you know. 🥹💕
