We just acquired a collection of vintage original beer trays which we will be featuring here over the next few months. Pictured are 2 of Lu's favorites- a Pre-Prohibition Dobler Lager tray circa 1900-1908, and a Beverwyck Beers & Ales tray dated 1934. Lu won't let me sell them for now, but the rest we will feature for sale either here or at 2Storeys Antiques in Columbia, TN.

Well our chickens finally came home to roost at 2Storeys Antiques. We just brought in 7 vintage hens on a nest and one standing rooster to keep them busy. These are authentic vintage items- Westmoreland, Indiana Glass, and Hazel Atlas- not cheap reproductions. No chips, no damage. Ya'll know how hot these are, and we were fortunate to get this small collection. Available now and priced reasonable. Grab 'em quick!

Mother's Day is Sunday May 10th, and we have a few gift ideas including sweet 1930s era framed poetry espousing the virtues of Motherhood. Vintage small McCoy flower pots with attached saucers are red hot, and we've got a nice green one in the Hobnail & Leaves pattern. Also, we're seeing evidence that vintage candy dishes are becoming sought after, and we have two very pretty examples that are leaded glass and footed.
