Why Spec Coffee?

We’ve always loved coffee, cars (well, mostly Brandon), and being around people, so starting a coffee cart felt like the perfect way to bring all three together, and serve our community.

Spec Coffee started as a dream that we would mention time to time, believing it was too crazy to actually become our reality. Now, we get to live in this new reality, serving our community and traveling to destinations we never even dreamt of. We’ve met so many great people, served some really fun events, and gotten to be a small part of some pretty cool days.

We’re still figuring it all out as we go, but we’re having a ton of fun doing it. Thanks for following along. And as always, stay caffeinated!

Good morning! We’re back at it today over at Home Depot in Columbia, MO! We set up this morning around 6am and we’ll be here all day!

Our tenderloins finally came in, so come on over and try them! We have them both ways, breaded or grilled. 🤤🤤
