In a few short weeks this Hoover Buildings of Lexington shell will be a beautiful Mediterranean inspired pool house with full kitchen, laundry room, and large tiled shower bathroom.

With Barndos only your imagination is the limit on interior layouts and space usage. Our Barndo all feature increased energy efficiency, premium cabinetry and countertops, 10’ ceilings, and many other premium features that would be upgraded in traditional style builds.

Starting under slab! This 3600sf, 6 bed, 4 bath home has been custom designed and specified to meet this family’s needs on their beautiful 18acres.

In a short 2-1/2 weeks foundation is in, exterior shell framing complete, siding, roofing, eaves all finished (less that giant hole in the front haha. We leave that out for subgrading for concrete and underslab excavation)

Post frame builds are a super effiecent, cost-wise solution for a custom home with nicer finishes than what some traditional builds can include. Keep tuned to see how this one progresses.

This bathroom has been years in the making—not because of the construction itself, but because of the time and care we put into perfecting the layout and design. Every detail, from functionality to flow, was considered to make sure the space works beautifully for everyday life.

Right now, we’re in the thick of the transformation (see where we started). It’s always exciting to see design ideas start to take shape on site—what’s been on paper for so long is finally becoming real.
