There’s nothing like seeing our beams become part of a finished home.

This space brings together natural light, warm wood tones, and architectural details that make the entire room feel intentional. Our TN Box Beams help draw the eye up and add warmth and character alongside the incredible window wall and statement chandelier.

We love getting to see the spaces builders and designers create with our beams.

A finished beam might look simple, but there’s a lot of work behind every one.

From selecting the wood and making each cut to assembling, sanding, and finishing, our beams are made by hand by people who know the craft. It’s a process that takes patience, precision, and attention to the details that matter once that beam is installed in a home.

Because when you’re building a custom home, the details shouldn’t feel like an afterthought. We make our box beams to give builders and homeowners the warmth and character of real wood with a finished look that’s made for the space.

Built by hand. Made in Tennessee. Made to be part of a home for years to come.

The details make the difference.

Box beams bring warmth, character, and dimension to a space without overcomplicating it. From simple ceiling accents to a full beam layout like this one, each project is built to fit the space and look like it was always meant to be there.

Built to fit. Made to last.

Quality isn't just the product.

A well-built beam is only part of the job.

We believe quality is also found in clear communication, honest answers, dependable follow-through, and treating every builder with respect.

Those things may not be visible in the finished home, but they're what make strong partnerships possible.

That's the standard we strive for—on every project, every time.

The right details don't compete for attention—they bring the whole room together.

Box beams add warmth, depth, and architectural character that transforms an open space without overwhelming it. They're the kind of detail you'll notice every time you walk into the room.

Whether your style is traditional, modern farmhouse, or somewhere in between, custom box beams create a timeless look that's built to last.

Crafted with care. Built for your home.

Builders have enough surprises on a jobsite.

Your beam supplier shouldn't be one of them.

At TN Box Beams, we believe the best partnerships are built on more than quality craftsmanship. They're built on clear communication, dependable timelines, and doing what we say we'll do.

When you know what to expect, projects move smoother, schedules stay on track, and everyone can focus on building something they're proud of.

That's the kind of partner we strive to be—project after project.

Some details don't just finish a room—they define it.

Box beams add more than architectural interest. They create warmth, depth, and character that ties the entire space together.

Whether you're building your forever home or finishing a custom project, it's often the details overhead that leave the biggest impression.

Built with craftsmanship. Installed with care. Made to last.

Every builder has a way of doing things.

Different schedules.
Different projects.
Different clients.

Our job is to make one part of that process simple.

Clear communication. Consistent quality. Beams that arrive ready for the next step.

That's how good partnerships are built.
