But my actual process is that I sit down, talk to the client, figure out the design, colors, and yarn. There're a lot of yarns out there for every price point. The magic of blocking! This scarf went from the first photo to the second one. Literally all it takes is water, pins, and knowing how to block the yarn correctly. (Natural fibers like these have to be blocked differently than acrylic.)
