Behind the scenes, we've been hard at work planning and growing Market on Main for the 2026 season while also pouring our hearts into creating our new home inside Broadway Exchange.

It's been a season of big dreams, long days, exciting changes, and more than a few late nights—but we wouldn't have it any other way.

As excited as we are for this next chapter, we're counting down the days until we're back on Main Street with all of our incredible vendors, makers, artists, musicians, and small businesses for another amazing market season.

We can't wait to see familiar faces, make new memories, and spend the day celebrating everything that makes our community so special.

It's been so hard keeping this one a secret. ✨

Every day, Broadway Exchange feels a little less like a construction zone and a little more like the dream we've been carrying around for so long. Watching the space come to life has been equal parts exhausting, exciting, chaotic, and magical.

As Magnolia settles into its new home, we can't help but get excited about all the incredible vendors, unique treasures, and special moments that will soon fill these walls.

Every day, Broadway Exchange feels a little less like a building and a little more like a dream coming to life.

While there is still plenty of work ahead, we are soaking in every moment of this journey and feeling so grateful for the opportunity to help breathe new life into this historic space. The support, encouragement, and excitement we've already received from this community has meant the world to us.

If you've followed Magnolia & Co. over the years, you know that we believe in the beauty of old things, the stories they carry, and the magic that happens when they're given a second chance. Broadway Exchange is the biggest reflection of that belief yet.

We can't wait to open these doors and welcome you into a space built with intention, creativity, community, and a whole lot of heart.

🚪✨ Every door has a story, and at Broadway Exchange, we’re giving these beautiful pieces of history a brand-new chapter.

Our vintage door partitions help create charming vendor spaces while preserving the craftsmanship, character, and stories of the past. We love finding creative ways to breathe new life into old treasures and fill our building with warmth, history, and soul.

We’re still on the hunt for more vintage and antique doors! If you know where we can find a few hidden gems, send us a message—we’d love the hookup. 🤎

My heart is so full after last night's Vendor Social at Broadway Exchange. 🤍✨

Walking through the building and seeing it filled with conversation, laughter, excitement, and possibility was something I'll never forget. So many familiar faces, new faces, future vendors, and community members stopped in to share their ideas, encouragement, and excitement for what this historic space is becoming.

As someone who just closed a chapter at Magnolia, it was incredibly special to see so many people already embracing this next one.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support us, to WFMJ Channel 21 for helping share our story with the community, and to our talented friend Kristen Llewellyn who captured these beautiful photos while the magic was unfolding around us. These moments are ones we'll treasure for years to come.

Broadway Exchange is anticipated to open in mid-to-late June, and I genuinely cannot wait to watch this building come alive with incredible vendors, creativity, and community.

This is only the beginning. ✨🤍

Watching this next chapter slowly come to life has been emotional in the best way. 🤍

After pouring so much love into Magnolia, it feels incredibly special to now be building something new inside Broadway Exchange. The walls may still be unfinished and the dust may still be settling, but there is already so much beauty taking shape here.

Tonight we’re opening the doors for a Vendor Social from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM and inviting anyone interested in vending, collaborating, creating, or simply seeing the transformation to stop by and experience the space.

This is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to share what’s ahead with all of you. ✨
