After scrolling YouTube, I found a recipe I could try!!! Grapenut ice-cream has come to my home!!!!!! With a nice slice of spiced rum bake that I baked. Oh lord!!!! 🇯🇲 🇯🇲

Prepped some sweet peppers for the freezer that I bought on sale. They were sliced, diced and chopped to accommodate varied meals, and yes, to add with saltfish fritters too 😉 😋 😋

Hi everyone. I hope everyone had a great week, or at least a highly positive one.

I will not be at the farmers market tomorrow but I will be there next weekend. I will be cooking mid-week next week and I will post on Sunday which day as I will be taking pre-orders.

Hi everyone. I'll be at the Midland Community Farmers Market this weekend from 9am until 12pm.
On the menu will be brown stew chicken, curry chicken, and oxtails.
I'm also planning on doing brown stew fish (whole snapper) on Saturday. However, I'm only doing the fish as pre-orders. This will be served with rice and peas and your choice of steamed cabbage or mashed potatoes. Please DM me if you are interested in ordering the fish.
