A microwave doesn't need to be the star of the kitchen. Tucking it inside a kitchen appliance garage keeps it accessible while allowing your cabinetry to take center stage.
And the best part? You get all the convenience without sacrificing the beauty of your kitchen.

There's a reason every light isn't on the same switch.
Task lighting. Accent lighting. Ambient lighting.

Each one has a job, giving you the flexibility to create the right light for every moment.

Ever wonder why a professionally designed home just feels... different?

It's usually not because of one dramatic feature. It's because someone was paying attention to the little things. The way textures work together, how the lighting supports the space, how the room functions, and the details that make everything feel balanced and intentional.

Those thoughtful decisions are what turn a beautiful room into a home that simply feels right.

"What am I really paying for?"

It's a question I hear often.

The truth is, you're investing in so much more than beautiful furniture and finishes. You're investing in thoughtful planning, informed decisions, problem-solving, trusted relationships, and someone who sees the details before they become headaches.

Anyone else feel like the first full week of school is the unofficial start of a new year? 🏫

Once the backpacks are out the door, I always find myself settling back into my own routines. Having a home office that feels calm, organized, and inspiring makes all the difference.

After all, we ask so much of these spaces. They should work just as hard as we do!

From “it’s fine” to “can we just take a minute to appreciate this bathroom?” 😍

This bathroom traded beige for bold, ordinary for intentional, and builder-grade for a space with so much personality.
Now that’s a glow-up!

One of my favorite parts of the design process is watching a table full of samples slowly become a vision.

Individually, they're just pieces of tile, wood, and stone. But when you start layering textures, balancing colors, and considering how each material relates to the next, the whole picture starts to come to life.

July was full of progress.

One project officially wrapped up, while several others continued to take shape. From design meetings and material selections to site visits and construction updates, it's been so rewarding to watch each vision come to life.

Every project has its own personality, and that's one of the things I love most about what I do. I can't wait to see where these homes end up.

One of the easiest ways to make a room feel taller, brighter, and more custom? Start with the curtains.

✨ Hang the rod as high as possible to draw the eye up and create the feeling of higher ceilings.

✨ Extend the rod 6–12 inches past each side of the window so the curtain panels stack on the wall instead of covering the glass. More natural light, without sacrificing privacy.

✨ Let the curtains just kiss the floor. Too short can feel unfinished, while puddling on the floor can quickly look messy.

✨ And don’t skimp on fabric. Each panel should be at least half the width of the window (¾ is even better!) so the curtains still look full and beautiful when closed.

A few small changes can completely transform the way a room feels. 🤍

Construction sites are some of the best visits. You really start to see spaces stripped down to start fresh.

Technical drawings, models, inspiration photos are all necessary to get to this point and man is it worth it! 🤩
