Where has Margie been? Our shop cat spent the past year exploring Central Ohio, and it turns out she has been busier than we realized.

She admired the butterflies at Franklin Park Conservatory, caught a round at the Memorial Tournament in Muirfield Village, and met some very different whiskers at the Columbus Zoo. She splashed through the fountains at Easton, danced through the Dublin Irish Festival, and struck the Block O pose at Ohio Stadium. She bundled up for Zoo Lights, took in a Columbus Clippers game, cheered at a World Cup watch party, and sampled a little too much fried food at the Ohio State Fair. She even picked up a secret admirer along the way.

After the fire that closed our doors last year, Margie found a temporary home with one of our designers. Now that we have reopened at our new Worthington-area location, she is right back where she belongs, greeting customers and supervising the cooler. Stop by and say meow "hello" to Margie in person, and see the flowers she approves of. Serving Central Ohio since 1935.

We're breaking down what each one means — and sharing why August holds extra significance for our family — on the Buds and Blooms blog now. Order birthday flowers online or call 614-889-1001.

Or bring it back to Milano's UpTowne Florist — we clean and reuse donated vases for churches, schools, and nonprofits throughout Central Ohio. Drop yours off during business hours or leave it by our front door. Read the full guide on our blog. https://www.milanoflorist.com/blog/buds-blooms/how-to-recycle-flower-vases/6526
