I made a shirt! The I got from Firecracker Fabrics drew me in. It gave me “vintage tablecloth” vibes in absolutely the best possible way. 🍓 This is the free Craft Studio Tee pattern from Matchy Matchy Sewing Club. I just didn’t add the sleeves and adjusted the fit for my body. When I made the collar facing, I was paranoid it wouldn’t fit over my giant noggin so I had to test that before moving on… 😂🤷🏻‍♀️

GRWM: market version. Setting up a 10x10 mini shop in the middle of a field or street is not for the weak. Physically or emotionally. 🤪 Some people hire a trainer and have goals like: I want to get jacked or look like I could take a man down. I just want to be able to haul the 40 pound kettlebells I weigh my tent down with and not hurt myself. 🔥💪🏻

Today was WILD. A strong storm came through just before noon. Even just a little wind can be an absolute nightmare for outdoor vendors so this was pretty sketchy. I was well prepared but I also think some luck was involved. 😬

I couldn’t help myself. I usually avoid drama at all costs but Booktok has been sooo extra the last day or so. I don’t really have any skin in this game so I won’t give a full commentary. I’m just throwing out my support to those impacted. I’ll also point out that being a small business owner is hard and there is no need to make it harder for a fellow owner. Supporting small is NOT hard though!
