Have you ever tried blood sausage?

We hadn’t so we figured we’d give it a shot. We smoked these on the Big Green Egg, sliced it up and crisped it in a cast iron pan, then served it on toasted baguette with chimichurri.

Definitely not your everyday cook, but we’re glad we tried it. 🔥

Have you had it before? Would you try it?

Another great Taste of Clintonville is in the books!

A huge thank you to Experience Clintonville and Mozart's for putting together another fun night and allowing us the chance to grill for everyone!

We’re definitely sad to see the Taste of Clintonville at Mozart’s come to an end. It’s been such a great event for the Clintonville community over the years.

But who knows… maybe we can help find a way to keep the Taste of Clintonville alive in the future. 👀

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped support CRC - The Clintonville-Beechwold Community Resources Center and thank you to everyone who stopped by to see us and try our smoked pork belly banh mi bite, we hope you enjoyed it!
