I’m officially NOT monkeying around anymore…

Finished this banner late last night, and this one officially added to the favorites list.

Every new banner seems to get bigger, bolder, more detailed, and more fun to create and I’m loving every minute of it.

Between the zebra, giraffe print, tropical leaves, and that little party crashing monkey, this one was a blast.

Finished up these two birthday banners for a couple of little country cowboys & cowgirl, and I’m pretty damn proud of how these turned out.

They definitely deserve a little spotlight before I move on to the next one.

Because up next… I’ve got a BIG, WILD banner on the table, and we are NOT monkeying around.

Let’s just say this next one is going to be a whole different kind of wild.

I have a busy next two months ahead however I’m already thinking of what can we do next?

The answer = FALL PAINT & SIP NIGHT

I’m thinking about hosting another Paint & Sip Night sometime Saturday November 14th and before I start planning all the details, I want to see if there’s interest!

We’d be painting an 11x14 pre sketched fall floral & pumpkin canvas. perfect for a cozy fall night of painting, sipping, laughing, and hanging out.

The orders keep coming, so naturally… the living room studio needed another upgrade.

BEFORE ➡️ AFTER

No more painter’s tape on the laundry room doors! We’ve officially upgraded to metal sheets mounted on the wall right next to my drafting table, making sketching and painting banners SO much easier.

I can now use magnets to hold my paper up instead of constantly fighting with tape, ripping paper, and making a mess.

The decor may be gone. The plant propagations have officially been relocated to another room. But convenience is what I’m here for.

And did you notice the 2027 planner?

We are already officially 6 orders booked for next year, so I figured it was time to get ahead and start a fresh schedule book. If you’re already thinking about a New Year’s banner, birthday banner, or something special for 2027, you can message me anytime to get on the books.

I’m genuinely so grateful for every order, every share, every kind word, and every person who continues to encourage me to keep giving this my all. What started as something I loved doing has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. And I truly never want to let go of this gift I’ve been given.

Thank you for believing in me, supporting me, and giving me a reason to keep creating.

After a day of reflection yesterday, I can honestly say I’m damn proud of what the last three months have become.

Working a full time job two hours away, building a business, knocking out orders, and pouring countless hours into planning, organizing, and growing these markets… I definitely put a LOT of time, energy, and probably way too little sleep into it all.

But looking back? I wouldn’t change a damn thing.

I’m proud of what we built, proud of what these markets have become, and even more excited about what could be ahead. There are already plenty of ideas, feedback, and conversations happening about future markets, and I can’t wait to see where it all goes.

That being said… I said it all weekend and I mean it.

THERE WILL BE NO PAINTING THIS WEEK UNTIL FRIDAY.

I have piles of clean laundry staring at me, clean dishes stacked up, floors that haven’t seen a broom in weeks, and mentally… your boy needs a damn break.

So this week is for resetting, catching up on life, taking a breath, and letting the paint brushes sit untouched for a few days.

Most importantly, I just want to say THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who supported the market, showed up for the community, shopped with our vendors, brought your families, donated, participated, shared posts, and helped make each event what it was.

And to every single vendor who showed up and trusted us with your Saturday morning, thank you. These markets simply wouldn’t be what they are without you.

We’ve had one hell of a summer in the village, and I’m incredibly grateful I got to be a part of it.

And a special shoutout to Shared Moments Photography for capturing so many great moments at each event and sharing them back with the community. You’ve given us memories we’ll be able to look back on for years, and we appreciate you more than you know!
