I was hired to open the Columbus, Ga., store in 1996. I helped grow and develop both the Albany, Ga., and Columbus, Ga., stores and have since gone on to take over the ownership of both stores in 2002. In 2009,

we opened our own plantation shutter business. We buy premium unfinished wooden panels and paint, stain and finish to your specifications to ensure a custom fit sheen and color match. The bottom line is that we are experts in all areas of blinds and shutters–from manufacturing to installation–for you, this means faster turnaround time, higher quality shutters and complete knowledge of wooden shutters. We also carry all types of blinds from 2” Wood, 2” Faux Wood, 1” Mini Blinds, Verticals, Honeycomb Shades, Roman Shades, Woven Woods, Roller Shades and Soft Sheer Horizontals. They chose grey faux wood blinds to complement their existing grey walls.
