Today we started a very special job at The Springer Opera House. More updates to follow.

Day 2, we now have both sanders on site, some additional lighting and the guys are rolling along.

This project started with the idea of bigger seats. Out with the old seats, filling a million holes in the floor and a full sand and refinish on the hardwoods while the seats are out. We believe this is at least the 2nd time the floors have been sanded. We sanded them in the 80s or 90s…before that seats were installed in the 1960’s and in the 1920’s.
