Every detail, chosen and placed with intention.

Walk through this home and you'll hear the floor, the quiet, the room itself. Nothing added. The grain is matched. The drapery panels fall where they should. The record player waits for side A. The light fixture finishes the room like the right watch finishes a suit.

That's the work: getting to know you well enough that the space feels entirely yours.

Style with substance. Always.

The bedroom should be the one place the city can't reach you.

Watch how motorized shades set the foundation for this primary bedroom transformation.

Some rooms call for something that simply doesn't exist yet. We designed this primary bedroom around a passion for Eastern mythology — floor-to-ceiling jacquard drapery with a serpentine motif, paired with motorized shades. Every detail chosen with intention. Nothing left to chance.

This is the five-star review we actually frame. 🐾
When our clients' pets are living their best lives, we know we're doing something right. Nothing beats this kind of appreciation.

Hot in the City. Loft living at the Metropolitan — Grandview, Columbus.

Custom cherry cabinets and a porcelain tile media center anchor the living space — floor to ceiling, fire at its heart. Paired with full-length custom drapery, every detail was considered, every material chosen with intention.

Even the floors got a second life — refinished from their original dark stain to lighter, brighter, and entirely transformed.

And yes — we furnished it too. Every piece curated, every corner considered, from the first nail to the final pillow.

This is the kind of space that doesn’t ask for your attention. It earns it.

Designed for gatherings. Built for generations. Made entirely for the life lived here.

Style with substance. Always.
