We’re growing our team!

Floor Coverings International is looking for another Design Associate to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people, has an eye for design, and enjoys helping homeowners find flooring solutions to transform their spaces. Our Design Associates meet with customers in their homes, help them select the right flooring for their space, and guide them through the sales and design process.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Personable, confident, and great with people
• Self-starter
• Sales-minded and motivated
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working independently
• Enjoys helping customers find solutions
• Excited about being part of a growing local business

Compensation: Base salary + commission with strong earning potential.

Flooring experience is helpful, but we’re more interested in finding the right person with strong sales and people skills.

If you—or someone you know—might be a great fit, reach out to me at [email protected], subject: Design Associate.
