HAVE YOU BEEN TO 8TH STREET MARKET? 🛍️

Located in Comfort a short drive from Kerrville, The 8th Street Market is one of those places that feels impossible to fully take in during just one visit. The property is packed with vintage finds, antiques, architectural pieces, home décor, outdoor gathering spaces, and all kinds of unexpected treasures around every corner.

Inside the market is Comfort Coffee Co., which has quietly become one of our favorite coffee spots anywhere nearby. They serve Merit Coffee from San Antonio, make fantastic cappuccinos, and have a bakery case that’s dangerously good. The chocolate chip cookie alone is worth the drive.

It’s the kind of place people end up lingering awhile, whether they’re shopping, meeting friends for coffee, or letting the kids play outside under the pecan trees.

So excited to partner with them to highlight all the cool things they have going on.

DID YOU KNOW? Before it was The 8th Street Market, this building was a Ford dealership. đźš—

Built in the 1940s, the historic property has been part of Comfort's story for generations. Today, it's home to one of the most unique destinations in the Hill Country, filled with antiques, vintage finds, home décor, gifts, and Comfort Coffee Co.

One of the coolest details is hidden overhead. The building's roof was constructed using sections of World War II-era steel silos, creating a space that's as interesting architecturally as it is to explore.

It's a great example of preserving a piece of local history while giving it new life for the next generation.
